Your Team
The Risk team support 2 divisions, which are CFS Finance & Fund Services (F& FS). Fund Services is responsible for maintaining, reconciling and valuing the investment assets within the Colonial First State products and ensuring that the accounting and tax view of all funds is correct. Finance is responsible for supporting the needs of all CFS corporate entities including accounting, tax, payroll, procurement and treasury functions.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage root cause analysis of issues and incidents, identifying and implementing control improvements and support the business in management of this process.
- Responsible for the effective design of controls for all new and changing processes and operations and support the business through the implementation for compliance obligations and Risk Management.
- Responsible for data quality in/maintain various databases (including Risk System) and management reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring risks are profiled and captured in the Risk Profile (RCSA) and updated when risk trigger events occur and continuous landscape monitoring to ensure obligations have been managed proactively.
- Responsible for ensuring the correct risk and controls overlay the end to end process mapping and documentation management to support the control process.
Your Capability and Experience
- In depth Knowledge of Operational and Compliance Risk frameworks
- Ability to analyse/identify risks and compliance opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
- 3-5 years experience in Risk/Audit within Wealth Management
- Proven ability to effectively influence and consult with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationship
