Currently managing in excess of $2 billion in assets across a mix of office, development, and retail properties. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand the establish finance team with the addition if a Fund Accountant to assist in that growth. Key Duties & Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts for all entities including preparation of business activity statements.
Assist with half year review/year end audit process for all funds and entities. Preparation of IFRS financial reports and cashflow statements. Facilitate the preparation of income tax returns for all entities.
