Fund Administrator - SMSF

Michael Page is currently recruiting for an Fund Administrator (SMSF) to join a growing ASX FinTech company that is based in Melbourne's CBD. This role will require an immediate start. The role could suit someone ambitious who is recently degree qualified, with 2-3 years experience in accounts with exposure to SMSF or potentially someone more experienced in Accounting.

Description

The primary responsibility of the SMSF Fund Administrator is:

• Collation of establishment documents including trust deeds, company constitutions and agreements
• Processing third payments or initiating requests for payments
• Preparation of invoices and following up of amounts outstanding if required for work performed on SMSFs
• Preparation and dispatch of BAS/IAS on a quarterly/annual basis
• Preparation and dispatch of end of year-end reporting packs
• Liaising with key stakeholders including, trustees, advisers and auditors
• Other ad-hoc duties

Profile

• Experience in SMSF accounts/accounting/finance
• High attention to detail
• Available to commence at short notice
• Experience with CLASS
