Job Description
The primary responsibility of the SMSF Fund Administrator is:
Collation of establishment documents including trust deeds, company constitutions and agreements
Processing third payments or initiating requests for payments
Preparation of invoices and following up of amounts outstanding if required for work performed on SMSFs
Preparation and dispatch of BAS/IAS on a quarterly/annual basis
Preparation and dispatch of end of year-end reporting packs
Liaising with key stakeholders including, trustees, advisers and auditors
Other ad-hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
Experience in SMSF accounts/accounting/finance
High attention to detail
Available to commence at short notice
Experience with CLASS
