AddressTipico is on the hunt for a venue manager with 3+ years experience on the floor in a fast-paced hospitality environment and at least 1 year in a senior role. We are looking for a personality driven host to elevate at our Windsor based Italian Restaurant and Bar
Working up to 4 nights and 1 Day this is a full-time position at a competitive salary with the opportunity for further advancement in our small group, The salary will be based on the individuals desire for a work/life balance and a pro-rata salary can be negotiated to best suit the applicants desired hours.
You will be required to have broad knowledge of cocktails, spirits & wine and keep up to date with ever changing bar trends. You will ensure that the bar and floor run efficiently, and that customers are consistently satisfied and impressed by the high quality of service whilst maintaining a fun and cheerful approach. Reporting directly to the owner in this hands-on role you will be given training in any areas you feel you are lacking.
