As a Fund Analyst, you will play a crucial role in key initiatives for equity raising and retention, debt optimization and business improvement.
The opportunity
You will be looking to join a highly experienced team where your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining fund financial models, updating property forecasts and property valuations.
- Preparing key fund metrics and financial forecasts.
- Providing analytical input for fund equity and debt raising initiatives.
- Contribute to preparing asset level strategies, including budgeting, leasing and CAPEX.
- Preparation of investor presentations, reports, regulatory analysis and investor communications.
The candidate
- Ideally you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in an analyst role or real estate funds management will be favorable.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
