Form of workThe Investments Delivery Centre is part of Investments Enablement and supports the successful implementation of the pipeline of work across the Investments team and the operating framework and platform. The pipeline is varied and relates to internalisation projects, BAU process improvements and regulatory compliance workstreams.
The Senior Business Analyst will focus on enabling growth within the Investments Team, supporting BAU processes and operational improvements, simplifying business processes and facilitating change. The role involves working closely with both front and back-office teams, the newly formed Process Centre of Excellence within the Fund, as well as technology teams and external vendors and suppliers to deliver robust, well-documented solutions to the Investment team. You may also undertake additional functions, including supporting investment data governance activities and uplifts to the investments data strategy. You will establish and document the operational processes, user requirements, business cases, process maps and testing for a range of projects.
Your success will come from your experience working in a Business Analyst capacity in an investments environment within the Australian financial services industry with approx 3yrs+ experience in creating and maintaining key project artefacts including process maps, business cases, user requirements, and risk and action logs. Experience documenting and executing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Experience with Signavio business process management software and other process mapping tools as well as collaboration tools such as Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira & Teams is of benefit.
