This high profile ASX listed funds management business has grown significantly in the past few years, consistently beating their profit guidance and creating great returns for their shareholders. Core duties include:
- Maintaining fund financial models, updating property forecasts, actuals, assumptions and property valuations
- Preparing key fund metrics and financial forecasts and budgeting
- Providing analytical input for fund equity and debt raising initiatives
- Contribute to preparing asset level strategies, including budgeting, leasing and CAPEX
- Preparation of investor presentations, reports, regulatory analysis and investor communications
- Reporting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
You must hold a qualification in finance/commerce/economics/property and have at least 3+ years experience as a property/fund/investment analyst. Excellent financial modelling skills, the ability to engage with executives, an agile approach, and strong work ethic are all key.
