This pivotal role will be responsible for the allocation and management of client funding across the NDIS & Home Care Packages. Including, overseeing the strategic direction, policy development, and efficient allocation of funding resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with the development of policies and processes to maximise the use of funding schemes.
- Optimise funding utilisation to ensure every greater service outcomes for our clients.
- Conduct thorough audits to maintain transparency and accountability in funding allocation.
- Prepare accurate reports to keep stakeholders informed and compliant with regulations.
- Stay ahead of policy developments and legislative changes to keep MSWA at the forefront of industry standards.
What You Bring:
- Experience: With a minimum of 5 years in funding management or policy analysis, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.
- Expertise: Your in-depth understanding of NDIS and Aged Care legislation and funding frameworks sets you apart.
- Analytical Skills: You excel at interpreting complex data and documents, driving informed decision-making.
- Communication: Your ability to articulate technical information and engage with stakeholders of all levels is second to none.
- Leadership: You thrive in fast-paced environments, inspiring your team to deliver their best every day.
