AddressWe are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who has a range of skills and experience to enhance our community fundraising opportunities within Lifeline WA.
Lifeline WA is a not for profit based in Subiaco with a mission to prevent suicide, support people in crisis and reduce the stigmas which can be a barrier to people seeking help. They have 500 committed volunteers, 45 staff and key partnerships, providing the crucial moments of connection that brings hope & saves lives. They pride themselves on their strong community engagement and the relationship they have with their key supporters of Lifeline WA.
As the Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for leading the fundraising strategy and team to generate and optimise the financial contribution made by individuals, groups and organisations to Lifeline WA through events, activities and peer to peer fundraising activities. You will have experience in managing the fundraising activities and relationships within a NFP organisation generating opportunities through several different channels. Your proven track record in developing and implementing annual fundraising events and community fundraising is essential for your success within this role.
This role will require you to have strong leadership and external stakeholder management experience working closely with event managers, suppliers, corporate and individual fundraiser.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Experience in planning and delivering fundraising events that optimise ROI.
- Proven ability in people leadership.
- Experience working within a NFP environment.
- Experience with data driven fundraising strategies, including using CRM to provide insights to fundraising trends.
