RSPCA WA, the state’s leading animal welfare charity dedicated to improving the lives of all animals, has an exciting full-time role responsible for the day-to-day oversight of RSPCA WA's Commercial Services and development, including fundraising, supporter relations and the dog training program.
About the Role
Sitting within the Community Engagement team, the Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organisation’s fundraising and will work closely with the Campaign Coordinator to implement the organisation’s fundraising campaign processes. Through excellent logistical, analytical and execution skills the role will ensure an integrated and successful fundraising program where supporters are acknowledged and stewarded to continue to give.
Working with key internal and external stakeholders the Individual Giving Manager will develop a wide range of giving campaigns and opportunities to ensure donations and donor numbers of targets are met or exceeded.
What you will need
As Campaign Coordinator you will need:
- Marketing, Communications or Business degree qualification or equivalent hands-on marketing/engagement or business development experience.
- Proven experience in individual giving fundraising, with a successful track record in increasing donations and acquiring new donors.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices, including donor cultivation, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools specifically Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
