About the role
Our Sales Consultants are better described as Interior Design Consultants. In this role, you'll achieve your sales goals by guiding your clients through a unique shopping experience based on our design-led approach.
You'll make use of BoConcept's proprietary CAD system and other tools to design a highly customised home furnishings proposal for your clients.
You won't just be “selling furniture” - you'll be providing your clients with a complete interior design service to transform the way they live!
About You:
- You are an experienced, confident and driven sales professional, that can demonstrate previous success in “big ticket” retail sales
- You are highly skilled in “solution based” selling
- You have a strong interest in furniture and interior design
- Ideally you have a qualification in a design-related discipline
- You have experience working to individual and team targets
- You are a co-operative team player
- You are a highly motivated and ambitious individual
