The role
  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 5 - $77,142 to $84,218 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury Wodonga, Bathurst or Wagga Wagga
You will be responsible for delivering efficient administration, processing and selection of applications for admission from domestic applicants. Working with the Future Student Conversion Specialist the role is also required to support an effective conversion strategy. The role demands a constant focus on delivering an excellent customer service for applicants to the university.About you
  • Completion of a degree or an equivalent level of knowledge through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of admissions within a tertiary environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex information, demonstrate professionalism and confidence, manage relationships and expectations including influencing and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex sets of rules and procedures that relate to the Future Student journey.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, meet key performance indicators and contribute to a positive team culture.
