About Us
Using your human resources, finance and psychology skills, you'll join a team of dedicated deal specialists focused on people, culture and workforce. You will work to establish and understand critical HR and workforce issues early in the transaction (diligence), identify their relevance and ensure appropriate protections are built into documentation. You will drive value for our clients across the entire transaction cycle, providing HR support, culture diligence, pre-close services (related to people and organisation design), day-one planning, post-merger integration, cultural alignment, change management and communications.
Our Deals graduates participate in Edge - our Asia Pacific graduate program. Graduates can rotate into other teams across the deals platform, including regional learning experiences and opportunities for international rotations.

- Take on challenges in a fast-paced environment, maintaining positive energy in the face of obstacles or when dealing with complexity, and can demonstrate agility in response to changing situations
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams, bringing some HR / People expertise to business challenges and supporting senior colleagues in delivering propositions to take to clients
- Demonstrate that you're a self-starter who can use your initiative to develop solutions and are constantly curious to learn and find new ways to solve problems for our clients
As a graduate in People in Deals, the top skills you'll need to hit the ground running are:
- A degree in Commerce, Finance, HR or Psychology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Being pragmatic yet still able to think outside the box
- Attention to detail
