The Role
Under new management, we are excited to grow our existing team of Gaming staff, offering casual, part-time and full-time opportunities. If you are looking to grow your hospitality career with a leading hospitality group, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the business positively;
- Troubleshoot gaming machine issues promptly and efficiently;
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly;
- Replenish gaming machine supplies to ensure uninterrupted gameplay;
- Implement responsible gaming practices and provide necessary reports to management; and
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
About you:
- RSA, RSG badged/TAB qualifications;
- Previous experience as a gaming attendant;
- Confident and can work independently;
- RP badge preferred but not essential; and
- Available to work over 7-day roster, including late nights and weekends.
