Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day gaming operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing assistance, resolving issues, and enhancing their overall experience.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of gaming offerings and local attractions to provide guests with personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute front-of-house tasks, including managing reservations and maintaining guest accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Current Victorian RSG certificate or willing to obtain prior to starting.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
