This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at Enfield HotelWhat you'll do:

• Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
• Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
• Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
• Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code

What you'll need:

• Gaming experience within a Venue
• Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
• Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
• The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
