We are part of a hotel group that also includes the Woodville Hotel.
We are seeking an experienced industry professional to spearhead our Gaming Room.
This is very much a hands-on position. The successful candidate will be totally committed to providing outstanding customer service in a professional manner.
You will be required to
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding and culture within gaming operations
- Maintain strategies that ensure our services have a point of difference.
- Have knowledge of Statuary and Legislative requirements.
- Ensure room presentation standards are met
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Assist in the maintaining and implementation of compliance issues
