Gaming Manager
Peachtree Hotel is Penrith's most loved and iconic hotels. As part of The Marlow Hotel Group, the venue provides full hotel facilities including a Sports Bar, Bistro, Gaming VIP lounge and Functions.
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Gaming Manager to join our team, who will work closely with the General Manager and wider management team to ensure the day to day running of the gaming room is met, whilst ensuring service is kept to the highest of industry standards.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Proven success in a gaming room in similar role
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Sound negotiation and complaint handling skills
- Excellent knowledge of gaming systems and products
- Strong communication and culture building skills
- A passion for leading and developing people
- An ability to have fun whilst achieving targets
- RSA & RCG required
This is a permanent salary position (approx. 40-44 Hours p.w) and involves days, nights and in particular weekend work including selected Public Holidays.
