In the heart of Townsville, the Kirwan Tavern is the perfect meeting place for locals and tourists alike. We're the ideal place for families to come together for an overdue long lunch, for mates to catch up over a beer and watch the game, or to celebrate a milestone birthday or special event. Our sports bar with numerous large TV screens is great for viewing and wagering and our Gaming Room consists of some golden classics among the newest machine offerings.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Supervisor at the Kirwan Tavern..
What you'll do:
Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code
What you'll need:
Gaming experience within a Venue
Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
