We are currently accepting applications from Gaming/Club Attendants interested in a position with a growing brand.
We are looking for individuals with a can do attitude who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and who are able to work Night Shift, experience is desirable but not necessary as training will be provided.
Role:
In this role you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from patrons, preparing and dispensing beverages and providing exceptional customer service.
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patrons and visitors
- Monitoring guest behaviour in line with RSA and RCG policies
- Money handling and payment facilitation
- Adherence to established Club procedures for security of cash handling.
- Maintain workplace hygiene, WHS and security procedures.
- Day to day operations of gaming rooms
- Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquires and complaints
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
- General cleaning duties
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to work Night Shift
- Customer focused
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Current NSW RSA/RCG certification

Please note to be successful for this role you must be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.
