This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive positive change and streamline our stock ordering processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:Customer Support: Delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge: Becoming an expert on our products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and applications to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
Order Processing: Managing the order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders and managing customer accounts.
Relationship Building: Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty through personalized support and attentive service.
What we’re looking for:- Previous experience in a customer support role.
