As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced customer service representative to join our Internal Sales Team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive positive change and streamline our stock ordering processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:Customer Support: Delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge: Becoming an expert on our products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and applications to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
Order Processing: Managing the order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders and managing customer accounts.
Relationship Building: Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty through personalized support and attentive service.
What we’re looking for:- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for helping and serving customers.
