We are the home of harness racing in Victoria.
We are a seven day a week entertainment venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including dining facilities, large function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, busy gaming lounge and sports bar & TAB.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The key responsibility you will assist with are leading our team towards excellence in customer service and compliance including -
• Deliver exceptional guest experience with a friendly can do attitude, with the ability to work unsupervised
• Understand and communicate promotions and product knowledge to customers as required.
• Work in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing customer needs
• Maintain compliance and responsible gaming practices
ABOUT YOU
You love being part of a team and approach your work in an energetic and positive manner. You will work closely with Duty Managers to ensure the smooth running of the area. You will also have the following competencies:
• Previous bar and TAB experience with an interest or knowledge of sports (particularly racing)
• Comply with RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming License regulations
• High attention to detail
• Positive work ethic and team player
AVAILABILITY
Must be available to work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and all major events.
