An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic & capable Bar Supervisor to work across a diverse line up of venues located at Crown's Level One including Sports Bar, Lumia Bar & Terrace and Echostate! Each bar features unique entertainment options, premium food & beverage offerings with award winning service to suit every guest.
Reporting to the Assistant Bar Manager you will have exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to go above and beyond. This role is fast paced and needs a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-pressured environment whilst being able to support a very large front of house team to ensure the efficient operation of these modern, high volume service venues.
What you need:
Previous supervisory experience in a large fast paced bar, lounge or club environment
Genuine passion for hospitality, demonstrated with sound product knowledge of cocktails, spirits & beers
Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced establishment
Excellent communication skills
Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff
Basic understanding of financials such as COGs and labour costs, preferred but not essential
Be able to work FT across a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
