Gelateria Supervisor

PIETRO began in 2017 where our first store opened in East Victoria Park. Churning gelato in store, using fresh and local ingredients with our own unique recipe, our shops have continued to grow and are regularly the place to be after school or dinner.

We are looking for a permanent part time team member at our East Victoria Park gelateria to learn all aspects of the store and develop into a leadership role underneath the gelateria manager. This role is ideal for someone who has had some customer service and hospitality leadership experience and is wanting to further develop it into a career.

Previous gelato experience is not required as full training will be provided, but we require someone that:

• Is confident and engaging
• Gets involved and will take ownership of their role
• Confident in learning the process of churning gelato
• Is a team player, natural communicator and loves gelato!
• Can be resilient, innovative and committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Available for both nights and weekend shifts
