Position: Assistant Accountant
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our financial operations and collaborate closely with our sales team. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating invoices and facilitating accounts receivable processes with the sales team.
- Data entry for approved bills.
- Preparing pay slips for vendors.
- Processing payroll and recording employee leave.
- Coordinating with the sales team for export documentation.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Conducting monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Handling petty cash transactions.
- Assisting with tax filing and compliance activities.
- Provide reports for the management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an accounting role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
