Due to sustained growth, ProBuild Australia seeks a reliable and committed tradesperson with a broad range of experience and skills to join our customer-focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated team in the Adelaide metro and surrounding areas.
About the role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for completing carpentry and maintenance jobs, In doing so, you will work closely with other internal trades and supervisors, together with a variety of specialised external trades. The position will be based on a 38-hour week with the successful candidates gaining permanent employment after completing a 6-month probation period.
Qualifications & experience
- Experienced Carpenter (3 years minimum)
- Whitecard
- National Police Clearance
- DCSI Clearance - Working with Children Check
- Other licences such as EWP, Working at heights will be welcomed and highly regarded
- Own vehicle and tools
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintenance and repairs residential and insurance
- 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry
- Pergola/carport/roofing repairs and re-sheeting
- Plasterboard repairs and flushing
- Guttering and downpipe replacement
- General small maintenance works
