The Role
Due to the momentum over the last 18 months, we are seeking to grow our team in appointing an Business Development Manager! This opportunity will allow you to autonomously lead the development of our brand to market, while growing our client portfolio. Alongside, assess our current operation and help build strategic plans that increasesmarket visibility, growth in new client acquisitions & building capability in new service offerings.
- Prospect for new business and propose strategic recruitment solutions
- Forge strong partnerships with key decision-makers at companies across industries
- Negotiate win-win agreements that meets company targets and clients requirements
- Develop sales targets and implement strategies to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
The ideal candidate will possess the below attributes;
- Strong track record working as a Business Development Manager OR Client Relationship Manager
- Enthusiastic and eager in building new relationships & acquiring new business
- Familiar with the Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing Industry
- Exposure with marketing & bid management
- Exposure with business planning and partnering with Digital Marketing teams
