Role Description
The role of General Counsel is to lead and manage corporate medico legal services for Bendigo Health. The position will identify relevant legal obligations and legal standards that Bendigo Health is required to discharge and satisfy as part of its operational activities as well as provide advice regarding litigation risks and policy as more particularly described in the following section of this Position Description.
