What you’ll doIn this role you will provide executive support for the General Counsel & COO. You will use your well developed organisational skills and professional approach to provide high-level administrative support and establish effective relationships with key stakeholders in the Equifax business, both locally and internationally.This is a dynamic, fast-paced and varied role where no two days will be the same so if you’re someone who thrives in this type of environment, this could be the role for you. It is also an environment where strict confidentiality is required in respect of work conducted for the General Counsel in particular, and sound commercial judgement, maturity and discretion is required. Some of the key responsibilities include :Provide executive level administrative supportResearch, collect, compile and analyse data and information requests to prepare and edit executive level reports, presentations, confidential correspondenceCalendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occurScreen/prioritise/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessaryArrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, including last minute additions and changesSchedule and manage small events with internal and external stakeholders, including providing all assistance to Melbourne office site leadershipComplete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, circulating mail, handling overnight deliveries, processing expense reportsMay be required to contribute to projects and activities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectivesKey Interface with local and global EA’s and also occasional cover when EA’s go on Annual leaveAssisting company secretary/function to follow up signatures/execution of documentsManaging payment of invoicesTriaging competing requests that come in through legal team inboxesWhat experience you needMinimum 5 years experience as an Executive AssistantExceptional organisation, prioritisation and time management skillsSkilled with managing multiple/changing priorities and stakeholdersWell developed computer skills; experienced with Microsoft Office Suite / Google SuiteAccustomed to handling privileged and sensitive information in complete confidentiality and with the utmost discretionWhat could set you apartAbility to create business documents / presentations to a professional standardEnthusiastic, confident and approachableWorld class communication skillsCapable of working autonomously under minimal supervisionAgile with can do attitudePrimary Location: AUS-MelbourneFunction: Function - Administrative ServicesSchedule: Full time
