What you'll do
In this role you will provide executive support for the General Counsel & COO. You will use your well developed organisational skills and professional approach to provide high-level administrative support and establish effective relationships with key stakeholders in the Equifax business, both locally and internationally.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced and varied role where no two days will be the same so if you're someone who thrives in this type of environment, this could be the role for you. It is also an environment where strict confidentiality is required in respect of work conducted for the General Counsel in particular, and sound commercial judgement, maturity and discretion is required. Some of the key responsibilities include :
Provide executive level administrative support
Research, collect, compile and analyse data and information requests to prepare and edit executive level reports, presentations, confidential correspondence
Calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur
Screen/prioritise/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, including last minute additions and changes
Schedule and manage small events with internal and external stakeholders, including providing all assistance to Melbourne office site leadership
Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, circulating mail, handling overnight deliveries, processing expense reports
May be required to contribute to projects and activities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives
Key Interface with local and global EA's and also occasional cover when EA's go on Annual leave
Assisting company secretary/function to follow up signatures/execution of documents
Managing payment of invoices
Triaging competing requests that come in through legal team inboxes
What experience you need
Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
Skilled with managing multiple/changing priorities and stakeholders
Well developed computer skills; experienced with Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite
Accustomed to handling privileged and sensitive information in complete confidentiality and with the utmost discretion
