Due to growth an experienced Farm Hand is required on a family-owned mixed enterprise with a 2,600Ha cropping program near Cunderdin, WA (150km east of Perth). This role is suited to someone with a strong passion for agriculture looking to further their career in a people focused workplace. You'll will be joining an experienced and close-knit team to contribute to all aspects of a profitable farming enterprise.

About the Role:
- 80% cropping, 20% sheep work
- Responsibly for the operation of broadacre machinery
- Supporting the management team in all farming activities including seeding, spraying, spreading, harvesting and general maintenance
- Truck driving
- Maintaining and improving infrastructure as required
- Maintenance, servicing and basic repairs of machinery and equipment
- Minimal sheep work
- A passion for broadacre agriculture
- 3 yrs experience operating large broadacre machinery
- Self-motivated, driven individual with good communication skills
- Capable of working both independently as well as in a team
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Welding skills are desirable
- Previous sheep experience is desirable
- ChemCert and experience mixing chemicals is desirable
- HC licence
- Non smoker preferred
- Salary: $33+ per hour, depending upon experience
- Hours: 5 days, 10 hours per day off-peak. 6 days, 12 hours per day during peak season
