We are currently seeking a candidate for our service operations department, reporting to the Service Manager. You will have a proven track record and be the go to person for all general day to day operational activity, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- General hand duties and assisting tradesman
- Management and coordination of facilities subcontractors
- Ensure all plant and equipment required for general day to day operations are functional, compliant and safe and stock levels are maintained.
- Liaise and coordinate contractors undertaking any work on/in the facility and be the central point of contact for all matters relating to facility management.
- Monitor and manage replenishment of gas and fuel stocks on site
- Maintain housekeeping of facility including presentation of new and used sales stock
- Loading/unloading of machines for transport
About You:
- Trade/maintenance background would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities
- Good organizational skills
- Can do approach and be flexible
- Current drivers licence
- Sound product is advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to work with minimal supervision & self-motivated
