We require a dedicated and hardworking individual with an eye for detail and a nothing is too hard approach, seeking an opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of services in property and grounds maintenance. The role initially will focus on garden and grounds maintenance, however if your skill set allows there will be opportunity to engage in other property maintenance tasks. If you are handy and a Jack of All Trades, we would welcome your application, alternatively if you are an experienced gardener there is a role for you too.

Position: General Labourer/Gardener/Tradesperson - Jack of all trades!

Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of tasks to a very high standard, ranging from gutter cleaning using industrial equipment, external property pressure washing, landscaping and gardening to carpentry, painting and minor construction work.
- Engage with clients and represent the company with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Progress to working autonomously at jobs assigned via company software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
- Tradespeople with diverse skill sets are welcome to apply and participate in various tasks.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role desired
- Experience working with machinery such as pressure washers, gutter vac, garden equipment.
- General maintenance skills and the ability to work with hand and garden power tools desired
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think proactively with a high level of detail
- Capability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor tasks.
- Professionalism and well-groomed appearance for client interactions.
- Tradespeople should be open to performing a range of tasks based on their expertise.
