AddressTLH Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our client who builds sophisticated gantry systems utilizing structural steel components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the steel fabrication process, including but not limited to material handling, painting, cleaning and general labouring duties. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Pay Rate $39.89 per hour plus super
- Dayshift Monday – Friday 5am starts with 8-10 hour days
- Wacol location

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and handling of raw materials for fabrication
- Buffing & Painting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Occasional use of hand & power tools
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow instruction and duties as assigned by supervisors
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to safety in the workplace
- Welding experience (not essential but beneficial)
- White Card (not essential but beneficial)
- LF Forklift License (not essential but beneficial)
- Must have own vehicle and drivers license to get to and from work
