WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Supporting the Maintenance Manager, you will assist with property maintenance to the Beresford Estate. Carrying out a range of repairs, upkeep, maintenance and improvements on the property.
- You’ll be a hands-on operator – investigating property maintenance and following preventive maintenance programs, you will ensure upkeep of the Group’s property and facilities, including the venues, accommodation, pools and Company vehicles.
- You’re a strong communicator – Liaising with the Maintenance Manager and senior managers of the business you will understand and report on works conducted on site.
- You’re proactive – Assisting the Maintenance Manager you will develop a preventative maintenance program and conduct regular inspections, ensuring to be ahead of any arising issues.
- You have an eye for detail – Investigating the maintenance needs of each property, you will identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the Maintenance Manager.
- You have a passion for quality – Following General Maintenance of the property, you will ensure the presentation of the site and functionality of facilities is of the highest quality.
- You’ll be reliable – Undertaking emergency maintenance and repairs to each property, you will be readily available to take on ad hoc tasks as they arise.
