Job Description:
The Northern and Yorke Landscape Board is seeking an experienced Water Officer to work across the region (you are required to live within the NY region). You will work with fellow colleagues, key stakeholders, like-minded professionals as well as First Nations people and local community groups. You will provide advice and high quality customer service on water related enquiries which also includes the assessment and processing of water affecting activity permits. You will engage with volunteers, community and industry professionals to develop projects and initiatives that are designed to increase awareness of healthy waterways and the sustainable management of water resources in our region. Your effective community engagement skills, quality administration skills and relevant water experiences and qualifications will be welcomed.
