Our client is a fast growth construction related organisation, growth borne out of their ability to deliver to Tier 1 clients, a hunger for excellence yet a grounded culture of teamwork, initiative, and continuous improvement. Given the trajectory, contract values and complexities of the business, they are now seeking a dynamic leadership executive to drive all facets of the business outside of Sales and BD.
Reporting to a CEO who will drive the front-end / business development parts of the business, this position will expertly lead the entire “delivery side” of this success story, namely operations, finance, people & culture, commercial strategy and execution. Leading a team of over 70, this role will require both your ability to lead others but also take a hands-on, “think like an owner” ethos to your role.
Your proven track record in a general management role with evidence of success around driving a culture of improvement, inspiring high performance and operational leadership will place you in an excellent position to capture a fantastic role with a company going places. A balance of experience, wisdom and a “leadership personality of agility, strength, self-awareness and humility”, combined with the passion to improve a company every week is what we are seeking. Industry sector experience could be construction services / manufacturing.
