Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations as required such as the stock levels, pricing, sales, distribution of products
- Directing sales, marketing strategies/plans and customer service standards
- Creating and implementing growth strategies
- Setting key performance goals
- Reporting key income forecasts and results to senior executives
- Review financial statements, sales, or other performance data to monitor budget goals
- Hiring key personnel and overseeing training programs
- Overseeing key account customer projects and service standards
Key Requirements:
- Senior management experience with full P&L responsibility
- Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Leadership and people management experience
- Strong operational background
- Previous proven ability in growing a business unit/business
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proven track record on developing and implementing process and change
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Role will include some domestic and international travel
- Ideally someone with a family entertainment or hospitality background
