Success in this role relies on the candidate having a sound understanding of operational needs such as staffing, inventory, sales, budgets and increasing market share along with strong computer skills and a genuine desire to improve everyday lives.
A national police check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance is required for this role.

Day to Day of the Role
- Lead a team to strategically manage all operations in compliance with our company's strategic plan, KPIs, policies and procedures.
- Lead a team to create a customer-centred culture, focused on improving everyday lives through product and service solutions
- Effectively develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders including Occupational Therapists, Clients, Healthcare facilities and suppliers to achieve business growth
- Quickly develop and build on product knowledge to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to offer valuable solutions and choice to clients
- Oversee the management, receipt, storage, assembly, dispatch and distribution of stock.
Our ideal candidate will have;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in senior management role
- Proven experience in leading a team.
- Excellent emotional intelligence
- Change management experience.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated and experience in, analytics, achieving financial targets and managing budget
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
