General Manager

 Titan IND is a multi-faceted, fast growing labour supplier working across all of Australia.  

As General Manager, your role is to oversee all aspects of Titan IND’s operations including our subsidiary organisations. You ensure our business runs efficiently and effectively, you formulate and implement overall strategy, you manage our team, and you enforce the policies, processes and procedures that ensure corporate targets are met. You are a thoughtful leader, a confident decision-maker, and an effective mentor who helps our people develop and be productive.

Overall, your goal is to drive the success and growth of Titan IND through effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. 

As Titan IND’s senior person onsite, you embody The Titan Way in all that you do. You lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service, on-target profitability for Titan IND, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

In a typical day, you will:

• Ensure your direct reports take full ownership of their responsibility areas and perform their duties in alignment with The Titan Way.
• Lead by maintaining a positive and motivated team culture.
• Provide guidance and support for the team as they achieve personal and team goals.
• Encourage training and development initiatives that enhance individual capabilities and motivation.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the team for consistent high performance.
• Manage daily operational activities to optimise business efficiency.
• Demand compliance with industry standards and safe work practices.
• Monitor and enforce operating plan compliance.
• Monitor business unit budgets and optimise expenditure.
• Enforce compliance with Titan IND policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports for the governance group.

You bring to the role:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role, with success in leading teams, shaping business direction and achieving organisational goals.
• Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• A strong understanding of financial processes to make informed decisions.
• Commitment, initiative, organisation, and time management.
• Enthusiasm for processes, procedures, and quality management systems.
