Position Overview: Rural Health West is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as General Manager Finance and Administration. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our mission by overseeing the strategic financial operations and administrative functions of our organisation.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of Rural Health West resources.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing regular analysis and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including taxation, audit, and reporting standards.
- Lead the administration team, providing guidance and support in areas such as facilities management and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to support budgeting, grant management and program funding.
