SalaryWe are currently supporting a leading manufacturing business with both a local and international presence. With a reputation for innovation, an exciting opportunity now exists to lead the finance function and impart your financial leadership experience.
Your primary responsibilities include managing a small to medium team, playing a key role in the mentoring and development of team members to ensure best performance. You will lead the organisation’s financial management, which will include overseeing financial reporting, technical accounting and various projects. In addition, you will lead the budget, forecasting and strategic planning process and provide strategic and operational support to senior management to support their financial planning. Part of your role will also include ensuring optimal systems and processes are in place, as well as leading financial resource planning and cashflow.
As a qualified finance professional, you will have experience in long range planning and providing transparency into business drivers, risks and opportunities. Knowledge of manufacturing environments (regardless of product) would be well regarded and any experience working in an international business would also be beneficial. You will be comfortable assisting in the development of a culture of continuous improvement and will have both resilience and a growth mindset. You will play a key role in driving business performance and success and in return, work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
