What's the role all about?
We have built Resicert from over 15 years from a local property inspection business to the largest in the country. We have an enviable reputation in the industry with an average client satisfaction score of 94% from over 10,000 clients.
This role is all about leveraging what we have in place to take the business to the next level!
This is a flexible work from home position where you will be responsible for growth and expansion, working closely with out GM of Operations and the CEO/Founder Paul Antonelli.
We are ready to drive growth in the B2B space, which will be a main focus of this role. We are well positioned to provide outstanding services in this sector.
It is a 20 to 24 hours per week position. Can be either on a part time basis or contract role.
What does Paul Antonelli do:
Well lots of things - building business, helping others succeed in life and business, family and all things in between. This includes riding his Vespa - (preferred mode of transport), coaching and mentoring, starting new businesses, wine making, active gardener and the occasional unlikely thing that others say could not be done - eg Riding his bike on The Great Wall of China.
The real difference with all his businesses is that they are fully cloud based - what does that mean? Your home is your office (plus the frequent Cafe spot) - login to the office each day - so, no more getting stuck in peak hour traffic, spending all your hard earned cash on fuel and vehicle maintenance, never seeing your family because you leave too early and work too late etc…
All key responsibilities are all about growing the business in the B2B sector leveraging our network and current service offerings. Having a proven track record of success in the B2B sales area is a must.
It is likely that most of our clients in this space will be from the construction industry (builders, civil companies, construction companies, property developers and associated businesses) as well other potential areas such as accountants, buyers agents and other national organisations with large property assets - as you can appreciate there are a few!
This is a new role in the business working with a dedicated and skilled team to drive and achieve growth and expansion in line with our strategy.
Skills and experience
Proven track record in leading , growing and expanding businesses in the B2B area related to the likely clients we will attract and work with. As we are a national business it will involve building a client base which will be made up of National operators or State Wide where we operate the business currently.
You love all things about business, numbers and opportunities to explore and grow.

- Have at least 5+ years experience in a similar role
