The role entails but is not limited to:
- Functional leadership of all operational departments
- Insight, recommendations and execution of the strategy over both the short and long term in Victoria
- Ensuring company culture remains positive and continues to improve as growth is realised - we all win together, including customers with industry best pricing.
- Complying with best practice safety methods, including compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety laws

This key management role requires a manager with proven experience, ability and care. Thriving in a fast-paced seasonal environment and developing effective teams with a customer service centric culture.
You must demonstrate:
- Excellent engagement, care and focus for executing strategy with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of Profit & Loss, Cost Analysis, Capex requests/equipment management, actual vs budget performance reporting.
- Ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop a diverse team with differing skills for a common goal - the best ice supplier.
- Process driven, analytical and methodical with a passion to drive continuous improvement
The current GM of Victoria / founding director will provide training and a handover period as required.
