The Role:
We are seeking a Melbourne based dynamic and experienced leader to join our People, Culture and Wellbeing (PCW) function as we transform the way we support our team across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is responsible for leading a small team to deliver an exceptional employee experience in areas including.
People Service Centre: HRIS, onboarding and HR administration, first line advisory support, ER/IR issue resolution, cyclic operational and compliance activities
Recruitment: Volume and campaign recruitment activities, pipeline management and talent acquisition for specialist roles
Partnering: Working with group support functions to deliver strategic and operational PCW support and initiatives.
About You:
The ideal candidate is a strong but humble leader who can influence and engage at all levels of the organisation. We’re a business where everyone rolls their sleeves up, so you’ll need to be delivery focussed and challenge your team to evolve our processes and operational support to enable high performance.
Demonstrated experience in senior HR leadership role partnering with Senior Leaders across the business, preferably in a shared service/CoE environment.
Demonstrated experience in optimising HR technology solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement skills – we’re team players at GPC.
Capable of building a high performing team that delivers customer focussed solutions with collaboration and teamwork embedded at the core.
You will have exceptional organisation and communication skills, being able to effectively communicate and liaise with stakeholders of varying levels. Your ability to lead multiple aspects of the Group Support and Service Centre team will ensure a high service level in these critical areas of the PCW offering. Strong administration skills will enable effective and seamless processes, while having experience with HRIS, in particular Workday will enable you to optimise our systems to the advantage of your team and stakeholders.
