As a General Manager, you will be responsible to guide and manage a team of Sales Agents, Property Managers and Administration staff. The main focus will be to help inspire the team to continue to perform at a high standard, as well as assist with and encourage the personal and professional growth and development for those within your teams with a primary focus on sales development and training.
The Opportunity
- Providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum
- Providing mentoring/support to similar roles across the network working with the leadership team
- Creating and maintaining an environment that promotes positive communication, trust and respect
- Team recruitment, onboarding and bonding of team members
- Overseeing an experienced team with a well-established portfolio
- Managing culture development, team rewards, recognising achievements
- Manage daily functions and systems
- Weekly team meetings to engage everyone in cohesive work
- 1 on 1 meetings with staff members
- Manage all KPI's
- Assistance with auctions (if of interest)
To Be Successful
- 4-5 years’ experience in a GM position or within management and sales (Real Estate experience highly advantageous but not necessary)
- Positive attitude and willingness to make the most of this impressive opportunity
- Strong team player with leadership qualities
- Looking for a long-term role and stability
- Have excellent customer service skills and experience
- Be professionally presented, consistent and highly reliable
- Love coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment
- Have strong attention to detail
- An Australian driver's license and reliable car
- Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License desirable
