Your Mission:

As our General Manager of Retail Operations, you will be at the helm of our store operations, driving excellence in customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency. Your mission will include:

Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and lead a diverse team of State Managers and the broader Stores teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and satisfaction.

Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, optimise product assortment, and maximize profitability across all stores.

Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, compliance, and safety protocols, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term business strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, innovation, and competitive advantage.

About your experience:

Proven Leadership Experience: A track record of success in retail management, with several years of experience in a senior leadership role.

Passion for Retail: A genuine passion for retail and a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer preferences.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.

Results Orientation: A results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
