Job Description
Key Responsibilities: * P&L Oversight: Manage and optimize the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Departmental Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to departments such as Sales, Marketing, Design, Costing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Safety.
- Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to expand the company's presence in the European and American markets, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring effective market penetration.
- Quality Control: Oversee and enhance quality control processes to ensure the delivery of top-notch products that meet international standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to streamline production processes and meet customer demands.
- Team Management: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the implementation of rigorous safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Human Resources: Work closely with the HR department to attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a P&L management role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Technical background in civil or mechanical engineering, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Steel structure manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and people management.
