Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Retail strategy that drives network growth including acquisitions and divestments
- Full responsibility of P&L targets
- Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Partner with Sales & Operations team to champion continuous improvement
- Actively drive new business integrations
- Build a high-performance culture
- Manage the margin, inventory, capex management and net working capital
- Driving a safety culture to meet compliance and governance
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a strategic leadership capacity across multiple functions
- Stakeholder management experience such as developing strategic partnerships and influencing key people across the business will be critical
- Experience setting and delivering operational budgets and KPI’s
- Proven track record designing and implementing successful sales and growth strategies
- P& L management and accountability
- Experience in negotiations and acquisitions
Qualifications:
- Outstanding people leadership capability to build a high-performing team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
